Experience You Can Trust
Prior to founding Oak Grove Campaigns, Michael Luethy worked on the ground in campaigns for years, honing his skills in tough, competitive races. After stints working for the National Republican Congressional Committee and the North Carolina Republican Party, Michael worked as Regional Political Director for the Republican State Leadership Committee (RSLC), the largest caucus of Republican state leaders in the country. As a part of the RSLC’s mission to build the next generation of leaders, Luethy advised candidates for Lieutenant Governor, Attorney General, Secretary of State, and State Legislature in 26 states, including successfully upending Democratic control of 15 legislative chambers, 3 Attorneys General, 3 Lieutenant Governors, 4 Secretaries of State, and a net gain of 365 legislative seats. In addition, he led candidate training schools that equipped candidates with time-tested strategies in earned media, new media, messaging, grassroots organization, fundraising, and campaign plans.
Since launching Oak Grove Campaigns in 2011, Luethy has guided candidates and PACs to success at the ballot box, winning over 75% of the races he's worked.
A lifelong Tarheel fan, Luethy graduated with an M.A. from the University of Florida’s Political Campaigning Program and a B.A. in Political Science from Bob Jones University. He resides in Raleigh, NC with his wife Courtney and two sons.
